I have a laptop with Vista running. My mouse and printer no longer work and I don't know why.
Can anyone help. They were both working normally until recently.
Thanks

Strange that two USB items fail... have you tried a system restore,

I will assume that they are both on usb connections. Go to control panel, device manager, universal serial bus controllers and check that they are all OK. Update drivers if any are showing exclamation mark beside them. If problem still not solved then delete them and let Windows find them again as it reboots.

I did a system restore to an earlier date and that has solved it.
