How to: Optimise Windows Media Centre for TV.

There's a link - WMP 12.0 for free - in the article "How to: Optimise Windows Media Centre for TV" in the News section of the front page.
When I click on this link, Norton Security warns me that the site it takes me to is unsafe. Is it?

Although Norton is showing a problem with the site it is also blocking the anything that could cause a problem. Checking the website I have found that Windows Media Player 12 is not currently available to download. Further investigation indicates that it is only available with Windows 7 at this time.
