Explorer wont work ?

hi all . I am currently on Vista using Firefox but to access a certain Credit card website it is requiring me to use Internet Explorer. This has stopped working for some reason . Dont know when because i dont use it . It says it needs a runtime application and there is an error then browser shuts down and wont open again ? Help

try resetting internet explorer with tools-internet options-advanced-reset.

Download one/or both of theses add-ons in Firefox - you can then open IE pages in Firefox.

If you dont use it then its not really a problem.
