Can not install service pack 2

I keep getting a message that KB948465 is ready to be installed. I just can not seem to install it.I can not update windows defender also

When I check my system info it says I am using 6.06001 service pack 1 build 6001.

Tried downloading service pack 1 which when ran says already installed

Tried downloading and installing service pack 2 which says you need to install service pack 1
Any help would be great

Thanks in advance

Tried Uninstall from link:

Method 1-Can not see uninstall option for service pack in the list so on to method 2

Method 2-System restore only goes back to installing service pack 2 ( no further )

Method 3-when I type in the C:\temp\Windows6.0-KB936330-X86.exe/x:C\temp says " filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect "

Please help, I think I am going out of my mind !!

Do I need the update ??
