Hi,
I am having problems with my computer recognising my sd card, I have windows vista premium, which has built in card readers on the tower, I have just purchased a digi camcorder which i took on holiday, now back I want to put the video onto the conmputer but when I insert my sd card into the correct card reader it does absolutley nothing, it is not recognised by the computer at all, I know that the sd card is in perfect working order as you can view the videos taken on the camcorder and also on my father in laws laptop which also has the built in card readers, does anyopne know of the reason why I am unable to get my computer to recognise my sd card? any help will be upmost appreciated as I am not that hot with this side of things on computers.
Many thanks
Jo

A 4gb card is a HCSD card. Depending on the age of the computer/card reader it may only read SD card up to 2gb. Usually with the digi camcorder you are supplied with cables to connect direct to your computer.
