Adobe CS3 errors in Vista Ultimate

I have installed the Adobe Master Collection (CS3) on a Dell Studio 1555 running Vista Ultimate and the majority of the CS3 collection run OK but about 3 or 4 give me an error message when I fire them up, along the lines of 'the application failed to initialise' and the error code is 0xc0150004.
The ones that fail are Dreamweaver and Contribute and a couple of others whose name escape me.
I have read that it may be a Registry issue and a registry scanner may fix the faults.
Any suggestions?
