Vista sp2 quickened up IE8

Since I down loaded SP2, IE8 opens a lot quicker now and also opens up pages/sites quicker, just like it used to do with IE7. This did not happen staight away and I have not changed anything in the Firewall or anything else. Was this a hicup or was there a leaning curve built in somewhere in the programme.

I don't worry about how it happens. I agree, it does run quicker and enjoy the result.
