Upgraded my cpu from P4 to Quad core, now my TV Tuner card will not work. I get error " Digital Cable device application has stopped working" Everthing esle is fine. I will be very grateful for anyone's assistance

try this,first go to control panel-folder options-view-and check show hidden files and folders-then go to c/program data/microsoft/windows/drm and delete everything in it and see if that sorts it
