qukwz.dll error in Vista

My computer has just been repaired by HP.
Now each tme I start up I get the message "Error loading C:\Users\Myname\AppDat\Roaming\qukwz.dll Access is denied"

What should I do?

Repaired? I don't think so.

Could try using a registry cleaner, should sort out DLL errors, I use registry fix
