Epson 3200 scanner won't install on Vista

I want to install my Epson perfection 3200 scanner onto my Vista laptop. An error message tells me that this software is 'not supported'.
What can I do? I have been to the Epson website and got to the page at click here, but don't know which, if any, file to download. Also, assuming that one of the choices is a driver update, where do I store it in the laptop?
Many thanks for any help.

The driver is the top one.
Just double click it when it is downloaded, it will automatically install itself into the right place.
Then connect the scanner.
