Just got a refund on my Thomson TUTV and bought the above instead.

Cannot seem to find out how to change the screen size on it and can only get the 16:9 ratio.

Anyone know if it is possible how to change it please?

All a load of new instructions to follow after the previous two boxes that went wrong....Sigh

Please can someone help? I bought this product from Comet and had my daughter ship this out to me in France. I previously had a digital box by Bush with freesat. I unplugged the bush and plugged in the above box. It says no channels found. Have I bought the wrong box? I have a satellite dish pointing to Astra (28 I think) and Comet advised me on the telephone that it would work here in France if I was already receiving free to view via my satellite dish.

Do I have the wrong thing?

Thanks for any advice
