problem accessing music on mobile

bought a huawei g 3oo phone. inserted my sd card from my previous phone which was a 2 year old nokia. music appeared but it seems only music i downloaded from amazon has been recognised.any music which i had on my card which was ripped in to my computer from cd,s hasnt appeared.is this a file problem and how can i correct it.....

Were these ripped in .wma Format, cause in the specs for the G300 says that the Music Player only plays *. Mp3, *. Wav, *. Ogg, *. Mid, *. Amr, *. Mp4, * .3gp files, If you convert them to MP3 or Ogg they will play..
