continuous playback on java player for mp3s without silence between tracks?

Im looking for an mp3 player (java 'jar' format) for mobile phone that will play ripped albums seamlessly (albums that dont have silence at the start of each track-common with dance and orchestra). So far every player I can find always adds silence of its own, not to the file itself, but a brief pause, which can be slightly annoying if the album is made up of many short tracks. Could the pause be a limitation with the java and/or mobile format? If so it seems I will have no option but to rip albums like this as one single file-thanks for any help
