Hi

I have the LG GT540 android on pay as you go. It has gps. Is there I way I can use the installed google maps for navigation without paying a network connection charge? If I tick 'enable GPS satellites' and untick 'Use wireless networks' will that be free of charge?

Many thanks

Philip

As far as I am aware Google Maps on a mobile downloads as you move and therefore will incur download charges.
