It's time for new mobile phone, should I go VOIP? I see it this way, I have a "3" PAYG dongle, so if I got a usb PAYG mobile would I be able to use it via the dongle/laptop using the the "3" dongle credit. And when not in contact with the dongle, use it as a normal mobile? Sorry about the qustion that may appear too 'rookie' but i haven't really researched the subject.

You can use these as dongles - same with Blackberry - usb connect to your laptop and using either Blackberry desktop manager or HTC sync you can use your mobile like a data dongle.

Both programs free downloads - but top tip is get a data bundle bolt on with a provider - it's well worth it
