Sky HD Dish to Freesat

Got Sky HD+ & Multiroom and getting ticked off with Sky's bully tactics - Can I use the sky dish that provides the above services to work on a Freesat HD bos for my bedroom anmd I take out the multiroom section

Yes.

However make sure you are out of the minimum contract for multiroom.

Just connect the Freesat HD box to the LNB cable. If you can do without HD then simply cancelling multiroom will leave you all the SD FTA programmmes (and some FTV) available on your old Sky box in the bedroom.
