Interesting last posting.

Checked through my Outlook 2003... it's already set itself up.

I have an iPhone and, touch wood, never had problems syncing (though maybe because it has set itself up as above).

Only problem I had was when, stupidly, took some contacts out of my phone and then synced. They then deleted from Outlook on the next sync (whoops).

I think the difficulties are enough to put me off. After all who wants a business phone that 'may or may not' sync with Outlook.
