Help!

I've just attempted to top-up my son's mobile number via O2's website. Unfortunately, it turns out I got one of the digits wrong so some other lucky person has received a free donation from me.

Is there any way I can recoup this money?

I rang O2 and spoken to the extremely nice Karen. She checked the number I'd wrongly keyed and found that it hadn't been issued to anyone. Her manager allowed her to credit my son's number as a one-off.

Thanks for your 'No', tullie.
