Freesat / Freeview inter connectivity problems

I havw just purchased & successfully installed a Humax Freesat recorder in place of Sky. Everything works fine , but the downside is that all other tv's in the house with freeview boxes now don't work , displaying " no Signal ".

Disconnect the Freesat and reconnect Sky and everything works .

Any answers ?

Check where your terrestrial Antenna connects. In to the Sky box???. Does your antenna require a voltage for a mast head amplifier.

I believe that although the Sky box converts into a Digital Freesat Receiver the recorder function is disabled if you leave Sky. That is what I have just been told by Sky when I cancelled my subscription.
