My neighbour has the Kindle and a TV with no USB slot and I am trying to find a way for her to play mp3s through the
TV. I believe the Kindle has HDMI output ( or am I wrong?) There is a spare HDMI socket on the TV so would this work?
The Sumvision Cyclone seems to be a natty media player, but trying to avoid more expense.
Thanks.

Lazarus The 2nd I had forgotten that, but have a spare one. Does that mute the Kindle speaker when connected?
