Why would a freeview box record a film in 2 halves?

Hello, my mum has a Bush Freeview+ Box (model BU11FVRSD32), and she is happy with it as she didn't want a really hard to use one.

Her only confusion is why when she is recording something that lasts over an hour, it is recording it as 2 separate items.

Any ideas?

I think I have answered my own question. News bulletin between the film!

Not all films are doing this so problem hopefully solved.
