What hardware do I need to connect a VHS recorder (NOT S-video) to my PC

My VHS recorder is a Samsung SV-655B. It does NOT support S-video. The only output sockets it has are:
"AV1 (EURO AV) In/Out SCART (EURO-21) Socket"; "RCS Audio L, R ouput sockets".
My PC runs Windows 7 Home Premium and has Firewire as well as USB sockets.
I have both Adobe Premiere Elements and VideoStudio packages, so I guess that I don't need (yet another!!!) package.
Any ideas about what I need to make an operational physical link between the VHS recorder and the PC?
