Samsung Smart TV advice.

Recently purchased a Samsung EU40EH5300 Smart TV. I am finding it a laborious pain to have to use the Remote to input data letter by letter to the Samart feature. Is there some way I can utilise a key board to input data?
I have to say Samsung support have proved less than useless for any help.

Accepted idea seems to be to use a smasung App on a smart phone to control the TV using keyboard on phone.
Have you actually tried plugging in a USB keyboard? I seen a report that this works on the 6100

I use a Raspberry Pi (size of a credit card) loaded with Xbmc media player.
Sound is to TV through HD video cable
Control is by my TV's own remote. (This also works from TV to Pi through HD)
Perfect results with BBC iplayer, ITV, Channel 4&5 catchup services.
I am amazed how well this works.

Thanks Fruit Bat, I have installed Samsung Remote on my Galaxy S11. and after a little Trial & error & a few swear words I have worked out how to operate the Smart part of the TV.

I never tried it myself. But I saw my friend was using his galaxy S2 as the keyboard and remote control on his samsung smart tv.
