hdmi to scart?

Just had to buy a new lcd hd tv to replace much loved 12 yr old crt.
We don't plan to get an hd box as we don't have hd eyes, however this new tv only has one scart socket into which old sky box is now hooked up.
We have a dvd player which occupied second scart on old tv. We would wish to continue using this, so how do we connect it.
Would "hdmi to scart lead" do the trick, or is there some reason this wouldn't work?
Many thanks....

The simplest way would be a scart multiway box CLICK HERE

If your Sky box is the "old" non HD type it will have 2 SCARTS on it. One is for the DVD IN and the other is the OUT to go to the TV.
A pic here.
