Hi, We have a humax freesat hd box which has died.we were wondering if we bought a second hand sky hd box,would we still receive the free view freesat channels . We're not fused about the sky channels,more interested the recording and pausing live tv. Thank you

You'd still have the free channels, but you couldn't record/pause them.

You must have a Sky subscription to use these facilities on a Sky box, no matter what type.
