Connect various Equipment

Please can you good people explain how to connect the following,simpler explanation the better.

HD ready TV, 2 scart sockets-1 HDMI Sky Digital Box, (Standard) HD PVR, 2 scart sockets-1 HDMI

I hope to add a DVD player in the future so this will be. HD ready TV Sky Digital Box (Standard) HD PVR DVD Player

I have Googled but seem unable to find anything which includes all these.

In Currys they give away diagrams of what you want, I think supplied by one of the cable suppliers.
