looking for a free photo editing program

hi, i have been using a limited time offer of zoner photo studio and really liked the magnetic selection tool! dose anyone know of any freeware that uses the same sort od selection tool?

Paint.net is one of the better ones as is Irfanview, but if you require something less complex, then have a look at Photofiltre Photofiltre

I Have picasa 3 i find it very good and its free you can do lots of things with it and it not to Complicated to use, Nuty norm
