I had an itunes account on a computer which failed, in order to get it working again I did a system re-set which wiped itunes etc. from the computer. Prior to this I stored all th music onto a removable harddisk. I have since re-loaded itunes onto the computer, purchased music and re-loaded the music back into itunes from the hardrive. When I now attach the ipod or iphone they do not recognise the itunes on the computer. When I try and transfer any purchased music it works but when I try and transfer the music which was on the hardrive it won't transfer. Any help much appreciated.
