Blackberry Help

I have tried to google help for this with no luck.

I have an old Blackberry Pearl I want to pass on to my wife and put her SIM in it, it all works fine except - How do I delete my email address from it so she doesn't get my emails instead of me?

I can't find a email setup utility on the device at all.

I don't know about the Pearl but I've just found out how to delete my email account on my Curve.

Main Menu/Setup/Email settings/Highlight your email address/options/delete.

Bit of a rigmarole but it works!

somthing wrong with the default settings ,change it may work !

try

options/settings -> security options -> General Settings -> push menu key and choose 'wipe handheld'
