Hi, I have just had cat5e cabling put throughout my house. I have all of the cables terminating in one place in my study but I'm really struggling with the what's next part! I have virgin media fibre optic input and I want wireless network as well as the hardwired rj45s that I have now set-up. I think I need a patch panel in a network box but I don't know where to start. Can anyone help please?

I take it the cables are terminate at a patch panel? You just need to patch them to whatever you are connecting them too. So a switch connected to the internet or a PC acting as a server.
