Humax 9150T channel problems

Am unable to get TV 'Yesterday' on my Humax 9150T whilst other Humax users can? Want it!!

Do a 'Factory Default' reset then scan for channels.

switch on everything ok after a couple of minutes channels do not change either on remote or 9150t...switch off,and then back on , repeats again..fault???
