I have a sky + box connected to a sharp TV, i have connected a security camera to the back of the box via the white and yellow connectors but i cannot find the picture, so how do i get the TV to show the security camera picture. I can get the TV to show the picture from the security camera when i plug the yellow and white connectors from the security camera into the white and yellow connectors on the TV but i was going to use the sky + box to record from the security camera. Any help would be great.

I think the Sky box only handles encoded signals through its video and SCART connections.
You can only record (and playback) if you have a Sky+ subscription.
The Sky box is not a recorder in the normal sense.
You can try using the RF (aerial) connection, but that will only give you live pictures.

The composite video connections (yellow is video, red/white is stereo audio) on the Sky+ box are for OUTPUT only, they were used to connect to TV's without SCART connections.
The Sky+ box doesn't allow any recording of external signals and you have to record from the Sky EPG (or via the Sky Menu).
You should be able to connect the camera directly to the TV either with the yellow+red/white leads or a SCART connection and view on one of the TV AV channels. You can buy a Composite to SCART adaptor for a few £'s if the camera came with only the Composite cable.
