TV and set up Test Card

Hi purchased a new TV a couple of weeks back and found the picture difficult to set-up for color sharpness contrast etc.

Is there a test card on any stations on BBC or Free View at any time as I haven't been able to find one.

I set color and sharpness whilst watching snooker a few days later.
