SDHC card for Canon G12

Hi I am thinking of purchasing the Canon G12.
When I first bought a Canon 40D I also ordered a SDHC card for the camera at the same time.
What I ordered was a Lexar Pro SDHC 6 4GB 133x speed.
Problem was it was far to small to fit the canon 40D.
I reorder this time stating that it was for the canon 40D that I had just purchased.
Will the above Lexer fit the G12?

SDHC cards come in 3 sizes; standard, mini and micro. Look at the physical size section:

It appears that you were supplied with the wrong size card. I doubt that the card you have will fit into the either Canon camera without an adaptor.

The G12 will accept SDHC, so the Card you already have will fit. The 40D requires compactflash, Although as Anchor states you can buy an adaptor.
