Sharp LC46LE811E LED TV Lockup problem

Hi

Have owned the above TV since 7 Jan this year and we have a fault on it. When you start flicking up and down the digital channels it gets slower and slower then locks up with no response from remote or front panel.

We had an Engineer from Sharpserv out and he changed the one and only motherboard in the hope it would have the latest software to fix the problem but after a couple of days it starts locking up again. Only way to restore service is to switch off and on at wall socket.

Anyone else had anything similar with Sharp TVs, its not as if it's that old?

As it not working as it shoud, and you have had for a very short time it is 'Unfit for purpose'.

I suggest you contact the retailer you bought it from and ask for a replacement or refund.
