Best mini HD camcorder for around £150.00?

Hi,

Been thinking about buying a mini HD camcorder, somthing like a Flip.

had a look at a lot of test videos on youtube which are fine but nearly all of them are taken outdoors in bright sunlight and was wondering how good they are in indoor light?

Any suggestions on the best one of these to get for around the £150.00 mark for indoor shooting as well as outdoor. Want something this is basically small and point and shoot, dont want too many features but HD is a must and maybe image stablising.
