i tunes video laptop to television

if you rent a itunes video to play on your laptop can you watch via a Usb onto the lcd television or do you use the laptop to monitor cable

I think itunes videos require the itunes player to view. Unless your TV is capable of playing itunes the answer would be no.

You should be able to connect your laptop to your TV and use the TV as the monitor
