Urgent help required

Hi all

after spending time trying to work out my dilema, I thought I would post here, for your help.

I am trying to connect my Packard Bell Easy Note laptop to my Humax PVR which my surround sound is connected to..The sole purpose of that is to enable me to play my I-Tunes library through the surround sound.

Can anyone please advise.

I would have thought you would have needed to connect the line out on your laptop (the headphone socket) to the amplifier of your surround sound

Is this one of those cheap all in in one Surround Sound Amps with built in DVD/Blu-Ray player. ???
