I have just bought a 15in Foehn & Hirsch TV/DVD set. When I put a dvd in the dvd player it states 'loading'then 'no disc'. Would this be a fault or is there something I am not doing correctly. Any advice would be appreciated.

If this is with all bought DVD's I'd take the TV/DVD back.

Found this, might be relevant,
"Just one word of caution, the label on the side of the unit tells you to put the DVD in "Shiny side" towards the rear of the set when actually the Shiny side should face you as you look at the screen. We thought the DVD drive was broken until we realized the sticker was the wrong way around."
