19inch Monitors

I want to buy 18.5 - 20 inch monitor for around 100£. Can you suggest me some please ? There is so many I can't choose.

What do you think about this one :

Is it best I can get for this price ? Are there better ones ? In PC Advisor 5 five best monitors there is Benq v920 is is better than this one ?
