Recorder not picking up HD channels

I have an LG RHT389H recorder and a Sony Bravia HD TV, when I retuned the LG(Dig Switchover in September) it tuned all the Digital channels with the exception of the Freeview HD...BBC,ITV,C4
Recorder and TV connected by HDMI
The LG instruction manual is a bit vague

To record Freeview HD Channels you'll need one of these click here

Your LG just records Standard Freeview.
