Im thinking of upgrading my graphics card from a Nvidia geforce 7600gt to a SAPPHIRE HD 5570 1GB DDR3 DP. I do alot of video editing. My questions are 1.Will I see much difference in speed of rendering and 2. I currently have a PSU 300w the spec says it needs 400w will what I have do or do I need to upgrade this as well. Many thanks

Don't even think about trying to run the 5750 on a 300W PSU . Upgrade to at least 500W preferably modular, if you can source one at a decent price, and though I don't do video editing I think you will appreciate the new GPU on this
