right this is my question and please only if you know what your talking about responed. now i know for a full fact that hd tv's lag no matter what you do and what kind of hdtv it is because of the transfair rate and convertion to hd but if i use it like a normal tv with the scart will i still get the lag??? now i play nothing but online games so the no lag thing is a big deal because it only takes les than a milly sec to be dropped like a fly. now a normal tv is direct feed to the tv so there is no conversion to deal with its str8 from console to tv anolgue way but do not no if it is the same with an hdtv used in anologue instead of hdmi cable.

Since there does not appear to be anyone who is able to provide an authoratative answer on this forum, I suggest that you pose your question on /click here.
However, for what it's worth, I believe that the standard definition input via Scart will have to be upscaled to be displayed on the HD format of the TV, thereby introducing some delay.
