Cameras and LCD's and sunlight pr 2

Following on from this post.click here could I have suggestions for digital cameras with view finders as well as LCD's.
My better half is off to Portugal in early July so looking to get one by then.
Not looking to spend a fortune as apart from Ebay we do not take a lot of photos.
Or I could just buy this click here which I think will fit my Fujifilm finepix J30.

A friend of mine bought one of those stick-on hoods and found it useless. Too many reflections off the "dark" screen.

That is perfect, I will Google this immediately and hopefully I will have one in time to send the better half on her way to Portugal with a smile of gratitude on her face and thanks ringing in my ears.
With no doubt a expensive souvenir for me on her return.
