Just bought the above, but it will not instal, and have tried on both PC's. Should be simple, according to the manual. Bit stuck, any advice please?

Don't have a clue about the player. First instinct is not to install anything from the supplied CD/DVD 'drivers' and just plug in to the PC and see if Windows 'installs' it.
If you have all ready run the drivers disc then uninstall it. Reboot and try just plugging it in to your PC.
If Windows does not recognise it then the player could be faulty or if battery powered try new ones.
