Saving Raw for Canon 40D

I cant seem to save Raw photos to Canon Digital Photo For processing.

When I download from the Canon EOS D they end up in Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8 and I have to transfer them over.

To-day after a long search I found newly Raw down loaded photos in a games sub folder?.

Is ther a default setting I can use with Canon, all was going well to start with.
