MOZILLA THUNDERBIRD EMAIL

My OS is XP Prof' and I have changed my emailing from Outlook/Ex' which had developed some operating problems to Mozilla Thunderbird.All incoming emails are only listed by time of day.I can't configure the Inbox to show date as well as time althhough right-clicking on DATE does show the drop-down date as selected. Any advice please?

Just a thought ...

Thunderbird shows only time for 'todays' emails. You will notice that tomorrow, those ones will have date as well.

That is the normal display - maybe this helps? I hope so
