how do l print jpg from my laptop

Hi.my grand son has sent me some photos to my laptop by email .thy are jpg .in vip file. l have tryed to print them to 6x4 bt when thy come out of the printer thy are2x2 .dose eny one know how to change the size l have sent them to picasa but even there no sign of how.Thanks

The size will be down his resizing them, if you print them bigger they will be blocky
