Epson Office T1100 prints blank

Hi. When I hit print my printer picks up the paper and feeds it out the other side blank. There seems to be a few very pale lines of code on the page. All ink cartridges are full. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? Thanks

Conduct a head clean several times. It should be in the printer preferences under Maintenance.

Perhaps you are using the wrong printer driver. This can happen if you have installed a new printer, but the old printer is still the default printer.

Just a tip. If you don't use the printer to print a colour document for long periods this might occur again. I recommend printing a small colour document every week or so just a a precaution, especially in hot weather.
