I am looking at a refurbished PC which has dual 2.8GHz processors, 2GB ram but only standard PCI slots and one AGP slot.
The machine is to act purely as a connection to the web for netflix movies on my 42" plasma TV which has HDMI sockets.
All the HDMI cards seems to use PCI Express 2.0 x16 ..... what can I do?
